How can I become a customer?

When you have a registered company or are a registered sole trader related to textiles and/or design, you are able to create an account on www.stenzotextiles.com. After activation you are able to make orders according our terms and conditions ( see chapter Terms and Conditions).


What are the delivery terms and conditions?

You can find all our terms and conditions in the chapter Terms and Conditions.


When do we have to pay an order?

Payment conditions are within 30 days after invoice date. There is a reduction of 2% when paying within 8 days. We only accept bank transfers, no cheques, no PayPal. You can found our bank account number at the bottom of the invoice.


How many collections per year do you have?

Stenzo textiles has a summer and a winter collection each year. In between these collections there will be new items monthly.


How can I return an item?

Only after a written confirmation from Stenzo, you are able to send back items which contain irregularities. ( See chapter Reklame)


Where are you fabrics produced and are they organic?

Our products are mainly produced in Europe, a part of our collection is bio cotton. From our fabrics is 95% OKOTEX certificated.


When will my orders be shipped?

  • Summer collection items Jan 1st – April 15th
  • Winter collection items July 15th – October 15th
  • Basic collection all year round

During season we update our system with expected delivery dates.


Can I visit a showroom?

Our showroom in Weesp, Flevolaan 13, is open daily; Mo.-Th. 08.30-17.00 Fr. 07.00-15.30
Minimum orders € 150,-.


Can I have a representative visit me?
